Odour resistant mohair socks renowned for strength and durability
Performance
When we were told that these socks were made from a fleece produced from Angora goats our immediate concern was itchy and sweaty feet. In fact, that couldn’t have been further from the truth. The socks are very comfortable and soft. We used them over several days on bike rides and short hikes. What is great is that on the cold days they kept the feet warm and on the warmer days they kept the feet cool. There was absolutely no sweating. Purely in the interests of WideWorld research, we didn’t wash our socks for a week. And true to the manufacturer's claims, they didn’t have any odour all. If you have no current plans to scale Everest, get a pair to wear around the house. No more cold feet. The Corrymoor Mohairs are available in a mind boggling array of colours and lengths and there is a sock to match any activity. They're also particularly good for people with sensitive skin and a good alternative for people who can’t wear wool.
Verdict
A comfortable, strong and versatile sock that lives up to its ‘odour free’ claim.
