Face-hugging sunglasses offering polarized lenses and 100% UV protection

Performance

These sunglasses are lightweight - so lightweight that when they're on, you barely notice you are wearing them. They have a superb field of vision, too, and this is at least partly due to the face-hugging characeterisitcs of the design. It's a feature that proved hugely beneficial when we tested these cycling in the rain and wind, keeping our eyes very well protected.

They come in a neat protective case and sport the usual Polaroid features, including 100% UV protection and their trademark polarized lenses. The polarized lenses help to dramatically cut down on unwanted glare making them very comfortable to wear in the sun.

We tested the Mercury model, ideally suited to cycling, but Polaroid offer a vast array of designs covering all sporting activities.

Verdict

Excellent lightweight and comfortable cycling shades with a great field of vision. Difficult to fault
